RETURN POLICY:

You have 30 days from the receipt of the package to return the goods to us unopened and unused for a refund. To process the return please download the return form here and send it by email to customer-service@ikoohair.com.

REFUND POLICY:

For a full refund, all goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Please ship the goods back in the original box or a package with sufficient protection against transport damage. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged during transport.

Brushes & E-stylers: If the seal is broken on the outside packaging, only a 75% refund will be returned.

We reserve the right to decline the return of products.

"How will my order be shipped?"

We ship exclusively by DPD and pack our products in the special ikoo boxes, a high-quality cardboard box with ikoo print motifs.

"What are the shipping costs for my order?"

Within Germany, we charge 3,95 € shipping costs for a DPD package. To Austria, we ship with DPD World Parcel for 6,95 €, to Switzerland with DPD World Parcel for 15,95 € (please note the additional customs fees for importing into Switzerland, which you have to pay on delivery).

"Will I receive a confirmation of my purchase?"

Immediately after receiving your order, you will receive a personal email with a confirmation and overview. As a registered customer, you can also check your orders at any time in your customer account!

"Can I change my order afterward?"

Unfortunately, we cannot change the content of your order after it has been placed.

"Until when can I cancel my order?"

All orders are sent for immediate processing and therefore cannot be cancelled. If an issue occurs, please urgently contact our customer service team to assist you if possible.
